    Getting started

The questions that get the case moving.

    01

How quickly can we get started with MediFlow 360?

Onboarding depends on your practice's or firm's setup: your systems, your team and the cases you're bringing over. We walk you through every step, provide training and help you get your data in.

    02

    Is MediFlow 360 HIPAA compliant?

Yes. MediFlow is HIPAA compliant, with end-to-end encryption, secure data storage, comprehensive audit trails and regular security assessments. We undergo annual penetration testing.

    03

Can MediFlow 360 integrate with our existing EHR system?

MediFlow integrates with RamSoft and Tebra today. For anything else, yes, we can connect it, and we set it up when you need it. That goes for EHRs like Epic, Cerner, AllScripts and eClinicalWorks, and for specialized or in-house systems too.

    04

What kind of support do you provide?

You can reach our team at 888-348-9348 or through the contact page, and we'll walk you through onboarding and anything that comes up after. Larger practices can get a dedicated account manager and priority support, and we offer training materials and regular webinars.

    05

How does pricing work for multiple locations?

Pricing is built around your case volume and integrations, not your number of users. Multi-location practices get a quote based on how they actually work, and we can offer volume discounts and consolidated billing. Contact us to talk it through. The attorney and patient portals are free.

    06

What happens to our data if we cancel?

You own your data. We retain data per HIPAA requirements, or on request we'll export all of your data to you and purge it right away. We can provide exports in multiple formats and help you migrate to another system.

    The technical record

Built to hold up under scrutiny.

What are the system requirements for MediFlow 360?

MediFlow runs in any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), with nothing to install. Mobile apps for iOS and Android are launching in 2027.

How do you ensure data security and privacy?

MediFlow is HIPAA compliant. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls and regular security audits, so each person only sees the cases they're part of. Data is stored in secure data centers with 24/7 monitoring.

Can we customize workflows to match our current processes?

Yes. We'll look at how your team works today and set MediFlow up to fit it, with custom workflows, forms, reports and user roles. We also offer workflow consultation.

What about data backup and disaster recovery?

MediFlow runs with 99.9% uptime. We run automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery, replicate data across multiple geographic regions, and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery procedures.

How does the API work for custom integrations?

MediFlow integrates with RamSoft and Tebra today. For anything else, yes, we can connect it, and we set it up when you need it. For specialized systems we work through our API, with webhooks and a test environment. Contact us to get started.
