Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

    • Identifiers (name, email, phone, postal address, IP address, account identifiers).
    • Customer records as defined in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80 (e.g., contact and billing information).
    • Commercial information (subscription plan, purchase history).
    • Internet/network activity (device data, log files, browser type, pages viewed, interactions).
    • Geolocation (general, derived from IP address). Our website looks up the country of your IP address to decide whether to ask for cookie consent; the address is not stored for this. This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.
    • Professional/employment information (license, role, organization).
    • Inferences drawn from the above (e.g., to personalize the user experience).
    • Sensitive personal information (account credentials and, where you provide it through the platform, health-related information). We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger your right to limit its use under CPRA § 1798.121.

    Sources

We collect personal information directly from you, from your employer or the provider/firm operating your account, from your device when you interact with our Services, and from service providers and analytics partners.

    Categories of Third Parties

We disclose personal information for business purposes to service providers and contractors (hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, communications), to professional advisors, to authorized providers and attorneys involved in a case, and as required by law.

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"

We do not "sell" personal information for money. We also do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA. We honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) received from a browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser, and we also turn off analytics on that browser. To submit a separate opt-out request, email support@mediflow360.com.

    "Shine the Light" Disclosure

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once per year, information regarding the disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
