What's new in MediFlow 360: AI lien review, attorney portal v3, and faster eSign

We shipped three major capabilities this quarter that our customers have been asking for. All of them ship to every plan at no additional cost, and existing customers will see the updates rolled out over the next two weeks with no action required.
AI lien gap detection. When you upload a signed lien packet, MediFlow now automatically scans for missing signature dates, mismatched names between the LOR and the lien, expired letters of representation, and incomplete balance ledgers — and flags every issue before the lien gets routed to the funder or attorney. In early customer testing across roughly 4,000 liens, packet rejection rates dropped by 58% on average, and the most common rejection reasons (missing signature dates, no witness) effectively disappeared.
Attorney portal v3. We rebuilt the attorney portal from the ground up around what attorneys actually do all day: pull records, check treatment status, send messages, and review balances. The new portal removes nine click paths from the most common workflows and adds a single unified search across all of a firm's active patients. In beta testing with 18 firms, average time-to-records dropped from 2.4 days to 14 hours.
Faster eSign. Our eSign turnaround is now 40% faster on mobile, with a new one-tap signature flow for patients. We also added native witness signature capture for assignments, which removes one of the most common rejection reasons for factored liens. The audit trail (IP, geolocation, identity verification, timestamps) is unchanged and remains the most defensible in the category.
What's next. Q2 will focus on attorney-side bulk operations (signing multiple liens or pulling records across a portfolio in a single workflow) and the first wave of payer-direct integrations. We'll preview both at our user summit in May.
